Disapointed. There is spicy and regular (read no spice) chicken. 2 pieces of chicken ( 1leg and 1thigh) small biscuit and 2... small sides. (I picked coleslaw and mac and cheese). The sides are good. Incompetent workers here. I order through the Popeyes mobile app on 8/13/22 and went to pick up my order. They told me they... gave my order away to a DoorDash driver with somehow the same exact order as mine. I asked them to fulfill my order since theyscrewed up but they refuse to do so and the manager said it?s not his problem. I asked for a refund and they said I have to doit through the mobile app. They wouldn?t even do it themselves. Two mins after I walked out of the store and was sending anemail to Popeyes customer service and before I sent out the email, I received an email that a refund was magically beingprocessed. Drove to another Popeyes location to pick up my order after paying. Total incompetence at this location. They needto train their staff on the difference between a mobile order and a DoorDash order. If I could give ZERO stars I would. The absolute disrespect we received tonight from the so called manager or whoever he was so... unacceptable. To see that more reviews have had the same issue we had tonight with this same guy probably, disgusts me. Theworst I?ve ever been treated by a fast food employee. I did nothing wrong. The fact that the manager told me to basically shutup, accuse me of lying, roll his eyes, give attitude and be aggressive is such an embarrassment over an order that was such aneasy fix. Treating people like garbage over a meal is ridiculous when the customer is actually in the right and the manager isso wrong. I don?t ever want to come back here just to have a man be so aggressive over some nuggets and throw a tantrum like achild because he got the order wrong again. It is honestly amazing how often they screw up me or my family's order. Every single time, except maybe once, something has been... wrong. Unfortunately this is the only Popeyes around that's close, and when the food is good, it's real good which is the onlyreason we go back. Like the only way to make sure something isn't wrong is to be firm with them which I don't wanna be! I wannabe cool with fast food workers but like, this is a reoccurring thing! Love that chicken!!! However the service was just awful. It took about 30 min just to get their advertised special. Because... they did not have the breasts.
