Ok, this place has a fabulous wine selection and if you're into craft beer there are a lot of good choices including some hard... to find stuff like Pliny and other offerings. The sandwiches are also tasty and made in great time. HOWEVER...the lady workingthe counter during the day has an attitude problem that is hard to get past. I have been in that store no less than 100 timesand her customer service just plain sucks. Never a smile just a poor smug personality that quite frankly I don't understand.Asked her to get a couple extra beers out of the cooler for me and you would have thought I was asking for gold. I'm sure shemust be a relative of the owner. If your listening , get someone with a pleasant attitude and a smile ???? it might change yourbusiness. Read more
Super relax COVID protocols and the bread was dry. Some knucklehead customer came up behind me in line. They clearly knew... everyone on the staff cause they were having a whole conversation through me while I was trying to complete my transaction. Theconversation was about how this customer had COVID, and the lady behind the counter mentioned that the staff member making mysandwich had it too. Neither of these people had masks on. Also, the kid who brought me my sandwich didn?t have a mask on, andmy bread was dry, which was weird because it was soaked in vinegar. Read more

They have a large selection of wines and some craft beers. They also have really good sandwiches including a French Dip (note I... think it is better with Swiss Cheese, they use Cheddar unless you request something else). My kids like their self-servicemilkshake machine. Read more
I've only been here twice but it's been great both times. Food is delicious and everything is made extremely quickly. The staff... are very friendly and obviously good at what they do. They have a lot of other things on the menu I'm looking forward to tryingand their wine selection is fantastic. Definitely recommend giving it a try, I'm disappointed I've waited this long. Read more
The service is always questionable... But today the owner was rude as I did not agree with how he treated me as a customer... ... Will not go back... He let me let me know that I can go buy wines at other places and pay more. Well this week I went to Von'sand High Times and got the same wines for the same price and less They were also held at much better temps. Was treated withlots of kindness. Have shared with friends and they have had the same experience at the Wine Mart. This place may want to workon their customer service... Not the only game in town... Read more
I'm only reviewing the deli at this location. The service is dreadful. Took forever to order our sandwiches and soup. They... forget parts of orders and the ordering process is super slow. You'd think sandwiches would be a quick operation. The sandwichesare just OK. I'd actually prefer Jummy John's or Jersey Mike's over these sandwiches. Read more
I went in at 4:45 today to order a sandwich. The lady behind the counter aggressively said she would not make a sandwich as they... close at 5:00.
