Bought 2 buckets of 10 pieces today at 5:30 pm. I was hoping that the chicken would not be the ones sitting from lunchtime. ... Unfortunately, there were about 5-6 pieces that were dried up, like they were heated for hours. Of course these pieces were atthe bottom of the bucket. Ok, the food is to be expected. Nothing surprising there. When I arrived at about 6:40pm there was nobody there, I pulled into... the drive thru and placed my order for the 14 piece family value meal deal, and pulled up to the window. I paid, then sat thereforever. About 15 minutes later someone came to the window and asked if I had paid yet. I showed them the receipt and they askedme to pull around to to the parking lot, when I did, there were like 8 cars lined up behind me. Another 10 minutes and someonebrought out a bag of food, which was missing items and he had to run back in and get the rest of the order. Very disappointing.Having to wait half an hour for fast food? It is not like I ordered a 1,000 piece catering or something, just a meal. Read more
Thanks to Adriana and her staff! They came in early on a Sunday and prepared 120 box meals for us and it all went smoothly and... tasted delicious. They made a large group of teenagers very happy! Very easy to work with and very helpful. Read more
