I picked up a rib roast here for Thanksgiving today. Along the way, I picked up a few other beautiful things as well. I have to... say the customers that I ran into or not the nicest in the world. A little bit more cutthroat than Walmart even and though theremay be more money here, there is definitely lack of class when it comes to the customers. The lady that help me out today wasDonna and I have to tell you guys she was the sweetest cashier I have come across probably in my entire life! She not only wasquick with ringing up my items. She was kind enough to take a moment and ask me about my day and even the rose that I was goingto be making for Thanksgiving seeing that I was stressed out and having a hard day. Read more

My 15 and 18 year-old sons shopped at Bristol Farms in YL and were immediately followed around by the on-site store manager... (Jasber) and others; asked what they wanted; told to immediately check out and were escorted to the register; then walked out ofthe store and further pursued ontside the store by an employee. They said that is the store policy. My sons were notloitering; broke no laws but were intimidated by the store employees' treatment of them. The head store manager is unapologetic. We don't need this treatment in our community and residents shouldn't have such bad experiences as law-abiding shoppers. Thereare better choices for shopping. Read more

My girlfriend and my brother and I go in and as soon as we walk in we are being stared at and followed my employees there. We... were there for less than 5 min. As we walk out an employee follow us out. We walk out and then come back to get a water andagain we are followed by the employees. We get to the water section, then an employee named jasper comes around the corner andtells us to leave. We look at him confused and said ?we are getting water? and he says ?ok, get it pay for it and leave. I willstand right here and watch.? We get the water and he walks us to the cash register and I try to pay and it goes through. Jaspersays it doesn?t go through and my brother pays and it goes through. I look at my transactions and he had us pay twice just for 1water. This is not ok, we all felt harassed. My dad goes in later that evening to talk to him harassing a 15 year old, 17 yearold, and a 18 year old. Jasper claims that they don?t allow kids younger then 15 in the store. We all felt harassed walkingthrough the store and very disappointed in this experience. It was so bad that I felt like I had to record. I posted a littleclip I have of jasper telling us to leave. Purchased cake from bakery refrigerator section. Asked if it was fresh. She said she?d made it this morning. Served that... evening. Chocolate cake was definitely stale and very dry. Strawberry mousse filling was hard and tasteless. Not the first timeI had this experience. For that price they should make sure they are perfect. Will not purchase their cakes again. Deli sandwiches are great. I got a Turkey, bacon, tomato and avocado sandwich. Really fresh and tasty.

This is where you go when you want a top tier quality grocery shopping experience. Yes, it is well above average pricing... compared to other markets but those who come here know that. This kind of market is not for everyone. I come here because Iabsolutely appreciate the customer service excellence and quality products they offer. Can always expect it to be clean andorganized. I like that I can leisurely shop without big crowds and customers who shop here do not make a mess at the store likeyou sometimes see at other markets. You know when you see random items left in wrong aisles/sections because customers changetheir mind and leave them wherever throughout the store? It doesn't happen here. The staff here really do care about yourshopping experience. Some items I love to purchase here - Poke in the seafood section by the pound. They offer ahi tuna andsalmon poke. I've tried different supermarket poke offerings and Bristol Farms has the freshest quality. Way better than pokerestaurants! - Bakery items. There was this huge hype over the maple pecan danish shared by Chrissy Teigen on social media. Ihunted for it and it was sold out at this location! They only make them once per day in the mornings but the bakery staffgraciously offered to make fresh ones even though I only wanted to get 1! This made me love coming here more. I got fresh madedanishes straight from the oven. It took 30 mins but I didn't mind. I ended up getting 2 after all. Because it was so darnDELICIOUS, I came back the next week and got 4 more! - Deli salads by the pound like the Asian green bean salad and the spinachpasta salad. I like the quality of their made in house deli salads. Some items offered at the Newport Beach location aren'toffered here but hopefully, it will be soon. - Snacks specifically chips. We?re happy to see more healthy options with having Bristol Farms here in YL.????. I love the smoothie/coffee/tea/bakery/natural... living/fruits/veggie/flowers/ Bristol kitchen etc., and so much more. Thankful that it?s a kid friendly grocery! I found thatout when my son had spilled a drink by the deli area. This wonderful man at the deli came out and told us not to worry. Thatsomeone will come out to take care of it. Thanks you!
