First ever visit. Appetizers were delicious. Had the cacio e pepe pasta, so overly salty that it was inedible. Sent it back,... they took it off the bill. Banana cream cheesecake was fluffy and delicious. Our server, Brandon, was working hard. Suggestion:clean the laminated menus more often, there?s gross bits of sauce and food inside that got on my hands. Portions are big butprices aren?t cheap either. Order carefully. Read more
Not a bad experience overall the waiter was attentive and kind. But it took quite some time for the apps even though the place... was practically empty. Also I ordered a medium rare steak and it was more on the well side. With no real flavor other than theexcess of pepper they put on it . I had to get steak sauce for it to be even slightly barrable. I made a reservation for Mother?s Day weekend and Was taken a few mins before my reservation time . The wait for food was long... but I expected it because of how crowded it was . When the food came out I was a disappointed. EVERYTHING WAS BURNT I got theBuffalo blast for an appetizer and it was burt to a crisp I didn?t even take pictures . We had to eat around it and it wasn?tenjoyable but we was a so hungry we didn?t want to send it back and risk waiting another half hour for our food . The servingstaff is a little young and we were seated by the kitchen . There was a server cursing and being extremely loud anddisrespectful while we were sitting there . My son was also in ear shot so that was extremely distasteful. The chicken parmpizza style was dry, spicy and burnt at the edges . My friend said the chicken sandwich was dry as well . The only person whoenjoyed their food was my son who said the chicken tenders and fries were good. Well, the Cheesecake Factory was my first stop and the food was amazing, the service was exceptional andthe restaurant had a bright welcoming feel. Yvonne, the manager did a great job making sure us customers knew that we werevalued. The immediate location offered various food, shopping and opportunities to explore the area. Taking advantage of thebeautiful weather NY was experiencing we walked, talked, shopped and just enjoyed a lovely NY day. I highly recommend you slidethrough if ever in Yonkers.
