Absolute garbage!!! Ordered on the App. Thinking just like McDonald?s or Wendy?s or Burger King, that I will get my food??.... NOPE. Instead I was told that this particular Subway ( more like every subway) Doesn?t except promotions or coupons. Horriblebusiness concept. Fred DeLuca would be rolling in his grave, if he saw what his creation turned into! The owners at thisestablishment. Need to sell it to people who can run a franchise properly. Read more

Spent $32 for two sandwiches one was sweet onion chicken teriyaki which was served ice cold sandwiches we're not cut in half.... Employee did not ask if we wanted it toasted the owner actually showed up as I was leaving and I went in to tell him myexperience and he wanted to make the sandwich over but I had already brought it in once and all the employee did was put it inthe microwave for 30 seconds and it was still cold at that point I was fed up and wanted to leave. This establishment has horrendous customer service. My wife went there to get a sandwich for her and my daughter and while... waiting online my daughter (7yrs old) was doing something and this individual that works there got up and yelled at heresomething very disturbing while other customers stood there and said nothing. So my wife just turn around and left veryirritated and embarrassed. Individuals like this who runs this franchise should not represent subway label. Very disrespectfuland unprofessional. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They always seem to be understaffed and lack much of what other Subways generally carry. As a... paying guest I asked to use the men's room, which they replied by saying they had none I don't understand how a business likethis has stayed open so long with. Ordered two sandwiches online with a coupon code to pick up at a certain time. Drove all the way there only to see an email... saying that my order was canceled. I went inside and asked about it and the guy just pointed at a sign that said that they arenot accepting any promotions at this time. I didn't buy anything and instead went to the McDonald's next door. Read more
If I could rate 0 I would. This subway establishment on tuckahoe rd in Yonkers has horrible customer service and is very... unsanitary. The worker handled cash and then tried to make my sandwich with the same gloves even though there was a full box ofgloves right behind him .When I politely asked him to change them he quickly became aggressive and began to curse at my son andI while telling us to leave and taking pictures of us. Then threatening us to call police . We then called police so they couldassist us with having him remove the pictures he took because ,who knows what he would have told police if we would have justleft .
