Absolute garbage!!! Ordered on the App. Thinking just like McDonald?s or Wendy?s or Burger King, that I will get my food??.... NOPE. Instead I was told that this particular Subway ( more like every subway) Doesn?t except promotions or coupons. Horriblebusiness concept. Spent $32 for two sandwiches one was sweet onion chicken teriyaki which was served ice cold sandwiches we're not cut in half.... Employee did not ask if we wanted it toasted the owner actually showed up as I was leaving and I went in to tell him myexperience and he wanted to make the sandwich over but I had already brought it in once and all the employee did was put it inthe microwave for 30 seconds and it was still cold at that point I was fed up and wanted to leave. This establishment has horrendous customer service. My wife went there to get a sandwich for her and my daughter and while... waiting online my daughter (7yrs old) was doing something and this individual that works there got up and yelled at heresomething very disturbing while other customers stood there and said nothing. So my wife just turn around and left veryirritated and embarrassed. Individuals like this who runs this franchise should not represent subway label. Very disrespectfuland unprofessional.
