It's always a delight to eat at Louie & Johnnie's. I've been here a few times for birthdays and the food and service never... disappoint! Needless to say, I recommend starting with the fried calamari, and garlic bread topped with melted cheese.*drool* The last time I was here, I had the NY Shell steak, medium rare, topped with mushrooms. Be aware delivery food is not the same as dine in. I ordered for a couple of times now and the food sucks just fast food... no quality. But if you dine in it is different its better. Went here for 1st time. I will day from the moment you sat down the service was impeccable. The food was very good. I had a... chicken scarpariello. It had great flavor and was spicy but not overbearing. My sons meatball raviolis were excellent. Interioris very nice and warm. Parking can be a little difficult as it's right on corner of Yonkers Ave. The staff was A#1. I don'tthink I have seen as well a restaurant as far as timing of food coming out waiting to order.
