This place really needs a serious renovation make over....The place is quite messy the soda fountain is sticky and ice... everywhere. The tables are nasty I would never dare to sit in and eat. I was even afraid to check out the restroom. The floorswere nasty and napkins were everywhere. They definitely seem to be under staffed I couldn't even stay in there. This place is the worst KFC ever. Very dirty place, short staffed (we all know why), but I bet management or the owner don?t... care at all. The cashier was making food, putting it in buckets, making fries while touching money and cups? you name it! Again,maybe it?s not her fault but owners shouldn?t get away with this stuff at all!!!!! Food was cold, order was delayed even tho Iordered on the app and it was delayed by 30 minutes. And of course the item that I was waiting for based on them (fries) didn?tmake it to the bag. Try to call the place and the phone is on busy signal all the times. Do not order from this location, andKFC should go out and inspect them. To make it even better, I will be submitting a former complaint to the health departmenthere in Yonkers. Don?t get me wrong, I feel bad for the workers there. But if they voice it or maybe demand better pay orbetter standards, or even leave?..the owner will quickly understand why he should hire more people and pay them better tomaintain a food place! It's okay as a fast food place. Each time we order a pot pie, they say they have to check if they have one. Sometimes yes,... sometimes no. Otherwise, they just don't seem to be interested in customer experience. Read more
First of all the whole store is run down and the workers deserve better the soda machine is absolutely disgusting I wouldn't... touch it with somebody else's mouth and worst of all at the time the food isn't fresh it's under heat lamp when it's fresh it'sgreat but it's hardly ever and now I just went in there and they told me they're not accepting cash only debit and we're waypast the pandemic here and I believe it's because they have no change which is ridiculous in its own right caches at the end ofthe day accepted everywhere not a lot of people have debit cards there's plenty of people who don't I'm on my lunch break and Ijust wasted a half an hour and I'm not even going to get it horrible the workers are great I feel bad they have to work in sucha slop house cuz it really is it's disgusting in there it has a horrible smell hasn't been renovated since I was a kid and I'm37 Read more
Service has become s but quicker since they hired staff. For convenience, I place ny order on Grubhub but it's so annoying that... I have to wait until I arrive to be told they are out of something. Read more
This KFC has always been clean whenever I have gone into it. The staff are professional, quick, and polite. The BBQ wings here... are good. I haven't ordered anything else yet. It is a small storefront location so it is easy to miss if you are driving bylooking for it. There is no big sign on the side of the street like there normally would be.
