When you come in to a restaurant. The person receiving or greeting the customer should be nice and polite. The food it?s not... even the quality of ihop. My toddler will eat eggs any style ad any time. I ask her to eat it. She respond nasty. Cold warmFrench fries bacon and sauce taste spoil. I have to say I the bathroom ni es to be more cleaner after covid? and the kitchen Iwas not able to take a pic. But on my way to the bathroom. I understand the quality for food. Very busy but still received excellent 5 star service. Food was perfectly prepared and very delicious. I like salsa on my... omelets and requested extra. Unlike most restaurants my waitress brought me several extra salsa packets, enough for the entireomelet. Only down side to this place is the prices are higher than most IHops. Read more
This IHOP is located in a strip mall, so there's plenty of parking. I was there during the week, so we didn't have to wait to be... seated. This has the usual menu. The food came out the way I ordered it, which was a big plus for me. The staff was pleasant.This particular location was decorated for both autumn and Halloween, so that made it feel less 'commercial.' Worth a try. Read more
We were seated right away, which was the good part. The waitress was nice and checked to see if we needed anything but there was... a problem with all of our orders. Maybe someone was having a bad day. I am willing to give this location 1 more chance. Read more
I went there with my husband last night about 5:30pm. We first used the rest room before being seated and the condition was... disgusting. Floor was sticky, paper towels all over the floor and toilets were not cleaned. I said okay, it could have beencustomers so I did mention it to the waitress when she was seating us. There were about 3 other diners there, the manager I'massuming since he has on a black shirt was at the corner table eating and the waitress sat down with him after she seated us. Myfirst surprise was she gave plastic utensils, without any place mats. I understand Covid but it's been over 2 years and allother restaurants use actual utensils. The main reason we got up and left was there were 2 tables right across from that hadstill not been cleared and cleaned. I've been to that one many times and never an issue until now. That will be the last time wevisit that location. Even the lobby floors were not clean which we noticed upon leaving. The 2 people on staff could not careless. Read more
IHOP A true American classic breakfast place! You like delicious sausage, bacon, ham, pancake, potatoes & so much more! You may... feel that they take too long. But, no one is pushing you out. While waiting enjoy the coffee with that fresh aroma and greattaste! What is special about IHOP is you can have breakfast at lunch or dinner! The server's are always professional and verybusy. I know this is the house of pancakes but this is a place my family likes very much me not so much. The only breakfast food I eat... is the classic NY bacon or sausage egg and cheese . I try to always give places a shot with their steak but wow.... This is notit . I asked for medium rare and got well done super dry and had a dusty texture. The kids and the wife loved their food butthat steak hurt my soul. Now I know it's my fault for ordering a steak at IHOP but it's also their fault for having it on themenu. 4 stars only because everyone is nice and the kids and wife enjoyed their food . Breakfast at IHOP on central avenue. Family breakfast time last week. The staff was friendly and patience. The food was... great. The temperature of the food hot, but not too hot. Coffee temperature hot, but not too hot. A great familyatmosphere. Great food and good conversation. Highly recommend. Read more
