For what seemed like a 5 oz burger Pattie for 14 dollars is absurd even if it is gras fed. It was also over cooked, haven?t... chewed on a burger that much since I was in high school or just a bad bbq. What got me there was, the take on the olive oilfries, the gentleman let me take a look at the bottle, it?s no where near olive oil fries. It is cooked in a 10% olive oil 90%canola oil blend. I ordered a bacon cheese hamburger and got no bacon. I clearly said bacon cheeseburger. I took my cheese burger to the... cashier and the so called bacon was added. To be honest I could not bite into what they claim is bacon. The bacon lookedlike the bacon strip treats I buy for my yorkie. The so called bacon was so hard and stiff, I just couldn't chew it that I justthrew it in the garbage. The fries were cold, "yuck". I refused to complain about the fries because when I asked the girlcashier for the bacon she looked bothered and said my hamburger ordered did not include bacon when I clearly said baconcheeseburger. We visited this afternoon, and I was not impressed. It was not busy at all, and it took a while for someone to take our order.... My husband got the elevation burger, my son the kids' meal and I got the BBQ Cheddar chicken sandwich. The fries were cold, theburgers and sandwich were mediocre at best. We ate lunch here and it wasn?t good. The food was not good, the service was not good either. It was very expensive for what it... was and honestly the whole experience was not good. Given the chance to do over I would gladly take the 30 minute CheeseCakeFactory wait. You can almost guarantee when a company states their ?changing the world? by making over priced food, that you?re not gonna have... a good time. See photo, what kind of weak/thin bacon is this?! Food was very small for the price and charged my friend $13 for three greasy pieces of chicken and didnt give him the fries.... They even told him they had no fries but still charged him full price. I got the bbq chicken burger and the chicken wasundercooked. Another one of my friends had to wait an extra ten minutes for a burger that was burnt not only on the burger butalso the bun was as well.
