Donuts never fresh in the am. They sell day old donuts at full price. If you want fresh donuts you have to specifically ask if... they are fresh and then they may go into the back to get you one. They also frequently mess up the coffee order. No sugarmeans NO sugar! This is without a doubt the worst DD I?ve ever visited. Read more
Worst dunkin you can ever go to or order from. They complain when they're wrong which they have been wrong everytime I had an... issue with my orders. Just ordered online and I guess because I used my reward and got charged for cold foam, they decided notto put it on my coffee and charge me for it...rather go up the street to the next dunkin donuts way better service and alwaysmakes amends for their mistakes...I understand mistakes happen but they shouldn't happen so often that a regular customer likemyself would complain and write a review for the first time.....either get better employees or guide them to a successful pathfor everyone Read more

Absolutely disgusting inside - dirty, slippery, greasy, etc. The staff talk to each other excitedly when serving the food -... getting the donuts, scooping the ice cream, etc. and they?re not wearing masks. If they are, they?re not wearing itappropriately. Then they?re not sanitizing nor Washington their hand in between food services and cashier service. If they?rewearing gloves, the gloves are dirty. I got a half dozen donuts. All of them was not fresh at all. It taste like it was just sitting there for at least a week.
