Donuts never fresh in the am. They sell day old donuts at full price. If you want fresh donuts you have to specifically ask if... they are fresh and then they may go into the back to get you one. Worst dunkin you can ever go to or order from. They complain when they're wrong which they have been wrong everytime I had an... issue with my orders. Just ordered online and I guess because I used my reward and got charged for cold foam, they decided notto put it on my coffee and charge me for it...rather go up the street to the next dunkin donuts way better service and alwaysmakes amends for their mistakes...I understand mistakes happen but they shouldn't happen so often that a regular customer likemyself would complain and write a review for the first time.....either get better employees or guide them to a successful pathfor everyone Read more
