The employees are pretty fast there. Although, at certain times in the morning it does get crowded.
So a friend of mine use to work with me and he would be late all the time... I couldn't understand why. He would tell me that he... left his house early and only stopped by Dunkin donuts for coffee. I now totally understand why he was always late. This is theslowest Dunkin donuts I've ever experienced. How are you slow with coffee when that's what you specialize in??? It's insane. Iwalked in with 3 people ahead of me. They ordered coffee for themselves! One man ordered a couple of donuts. It took me 17minutes to get out of there. That's craziness. Friendly and always seems to get my wife's order right . Tends to be depended on who's working though as some of the other... members seem to not either understand orders when explained correctly, or not really wanting to work. As someone who worksretail as well I know how that goes but do your best to give the best experience. This place has the WORST service I have ever seen. I only order through mobile takeout. Today I waited 30 MINUTES for one... item. I notified the employee who smiled and said ok. She then proceeded to help everyone who came after me, everyone whoordered on the mobile app after me, AND THEN gave the same item I ordered to two people who came in stood in line and orderedAFTER me. It was so disgusting. Then they tell you you can?t get a refund if you order via the app so I went through the app &all they told me was my case has been noted. Starbucks does not give you this much trouble. I rather pay a little more forbetter service. Read more
