This place has the WORST service I have ever seen. I only order through mobile takeout. Today I waited 30 MINUTES for one... item. I notified the employee who smiled and said ok. She then proceeded to help everyone who came after me, everyone whoordered on the mobile app after me, AND THEN gave the same item I ordered to two people who came in stood in line and orderedAFTER me. It was so disgusting. Then they tell you you can?t get a refund if you order via the app so I went through the app &all they told me was my case has been noted. Starbucks does not give you this much trouble. I rather pay a little more forbetter service. Read more
