I have sent my drinks back three times and they still can?t get things right. We append 30 dollars every Sunday, they constantly... get annoyed and bothered easily. They take much to long for your Oder and constantly get it wrong. They coffee (iced) is notfresh it?s days old. They replace your coffee with whatever they have. I ordered a Americano I had yo take it back due to ithaving cream okay not a problem but they replace it with old iced coffee I. Which earlier I sent back. It looks like I reallyneed to stop ordering here. They only make money due to it being the only coffee shop next door it?s sad really. Read more
Place is clean, food is great however staff did not wear a mask. The pandemic is still going on, why are you handling food and... you are not wearing a mask. Imagine one of them happen to test positive; multitude of people would have been exposed. Get ittogether please Read more
This place can't make a decent coffee. The people there don't wear masks. I have given them multiple chances. It is extremely... disappointing. They represent dunkin and are not doing a very good job. I asked for iced coffee with half and half. It wasall half and half. When they fixed it It still was all half and half. Just awful service. Never have an issue here. Sometimes its slow but thats because of volume. The workers are friendly and try hard to work at a... quick speed. Coffee is fresh tasting and never tastes like they don't clean their machines like at other locations. Throwing ina tip usually gets u a free donut and they give it with a smile. Read more
My friend and I both got iced chai lattes earlier today, accidentally spilled one and apologized multiple times. We let the... employee that was present, a brown skinned guy, know, got upset and said "you didnt right", I confirmed it, apologized, got veryupset still, sighing very loud, complaining to maybe another employee at the back? Remade one of the drinks that spilled andplaced it on the counter with alot of attitude. Apologized again and left and realized our drinks weren't even iced chai, itliterally tasted like iced coffee. I noticed in previous reviews, people complained about the same thing. I wanted to stop byagain to complain about that but due to the incident earlier, I dont want the employee who was already upset to get even moreupset. My husband went in and ordered a frozen vanilla chai like we always get. Comes out and tells me to taste it and it taste like a... hint of pumpkin with cleaning products. He goes back in and let?s the lady know that there was something wrong with the drinkand she showed him the bottle and wouldn?t re-do the drink! Something can be off and Jesus, what happened to the customer Isalways right?! Came here for the new Mango refresher and the worker was rude and seemed like he didn't want to be there. Threw together my... drink and basically just threw it on the counter like I was bothering him and wasn't a paying customer. The drink tasted allwatered down and didn't have the lemonade add on option I asked and paid for. Will definitely not be going back there. Read more
