The manager was very rude over a minor issue of me not receiving my receipt at the time of my purchase. I did not get my receipt... immediately with purchase, so once I got my food item I asked for it. After berating the employee who did not give me thereceipt in front of me and other customers, she proceeded to tell me that this essentially my fault after it took them a whileto find my receipt even though my purchase occurred no more than 5 minutes before I asked for the receipt. I will never returnto Dunkin Donuts again if this is the type of people that Dunkin? Donuts employee. She is not a credit to the brand in theleast. Read more
always a good experience here. The delightful staff work quickly and always get my order right.
There's are 2 lines a order and pick up line. If u pre order b4 and enter this dunking dounts for the first time u would never... know this because the pick sign (as seen in pic below) faces the opposite direction. Once u get to the pick up line u realizethey just leave your order laying on the counter unattended where anyone can touch it which is unsanitary in the covid era. Horrible. I stopped by for an ice coffee and ice tea, they messed up both orders. Luckily I was still in the parking lot and... went back inside for them to remake the tea. It looks like they had a small amount of ice tea left in their large container anddecided to add more water to my cup to fill it up, which resulted in essentially giving me a cup of water with some flavoringand a small amount of tea. The Dunkin employee tried making more tea in the large container and handed me a large cup of somedisgusting biter foggy concoction, and didn?t even include my flavor shot or sugar sweetener. Thankfully I was able to get arefund. Either properly train your employees or close down shop if they can?t properly make coffee or tea. Read more
