Coffees are hit or miss. Overly sweet with syrup or not sweet enough and in rare cases its just right. Ordered egg sandwiches... from here a few times only to have my muffin not toasted. I ordered take out ahead of time only to arrive 20 minutes later forpickup and find my food wasn't made. I had to wait extra 10 minutes for them to make it in a non busy environment. Whats thepoint of ordering ahead of time if i have to wait. Polite workers but they are clueless. Read more

Every time I go to this Dunkin My ice coffee is never extra sweet like I ask & paid for, I always have to go back inside to tell... them it?s not sweet enough! Today my son went there & they didn?t give him extra sweet coffee I didn?t even taste the Carmel inmy Carmel craze!
