Absolutely disappointed with this Carvel location. I?ve had enough! Why is this Carvel location ALWAYS closed on the weekends,... although the hours reflect something different? One word to describe this place TERRRRRRRRIBLE. The workers are very unpleasant. The lady serving to customers doesn?t even... speak nor understand English. The least she could?ve done was put a smile on her face! The place doesn?t look clean whatsoever.Just look behind the counter! I even saw a child size toy car behind there! Like huh? I felt like I was in someone?s house. Theydefinitely don?t provide a good image for carvel here! As a side note the ice cream you can purchase to go looked as if it weresitting there for weeks! I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. Last Wednesday was the last straw! I agree that the ice is fresh and good. However, the... woman behind the counter serving the public are the RUDEST I HAVE DEALT WITH IN A LONG TIME. The older young girl is utterlyObnoxious. She is loud and nasty if you SHOULD question ANYTHING about the pricing. AND NO ONE SMILES AT ALL. I was therethree weeks in a row, ordered the same ice cream And each week the PRICE was a higher than the previous week. The place is notclean just look behind the counter when you order. Actually, not one of these three women look clean and tidy. Hair is hangingin a very unkempt manner and they simply don't seem to care. Don't know about the rest of you, but I will go a little furtherout of my way to the Carvel on central park avenue YONKERS. They're Carvel store is extremely clean and tidy. I've been here a dozen times because, of course, the ice cream is good. However everytime I go, I'm usually greeted at a very... casual, unenthusiastic, gloomy, sloppy and dirty, tempered associate. I've only ever had 1 good visit, which was recently by theolder women who's usually there. She was upbeat, quick, and tried very hard to be friendly.
