I ordered from them earlier today through DoorDash. The yams weren?t fully cooked they were dry not even a little sweet. The... macaroni the cheese inside tasted fake like it was box macaroni. Remarkable! Flavorful! Plentiful! Excellent portions. Oxtails, fried chicken and even the cabbage was off the chain!! You will... never be disappointed. It's just not possible. Good food and good portions. I ordered from Uber eats and I was not disappointed. This is the baked chicken, white rice and... cabbage with a piece of cornbread. Everything tasted amazing. I ended up ordering the same thing the next day and adding mac ncheese. I would not recommend the mac n cheese (didn't get a pic) but, everything else was delicious again. Went in at the end of their day. The Baked chicken was dry. The white rice is parboiled rice, bland. The green beans are from... the can and pretty salty. The portion is pretty small for the size box they use. Read more
I've always wanted to try this place since it opened just haven't had the time until today, unfortunately I should've listened... to the bad reviews. When I first entered I said hello and was not greeted but there was a friendly man on his way out that didsay hello. I ordered the BBQ chicken, collard greens, yams, and a fish sandwich, the food wasn't very hot it was lukewarm. Thechicken's was very dry like it was heated up and served, the greens I could definitely tell they were from out of the can 100%,and the yams weren't too bad. The fish on the fish sandwich did still have the tail and scales on it and wasn't seasoned at all.I really wish that my experience was better but unfortunately I will not be back. Read more
BK catered our daughters graduation party. It was a great experience everyone LOVED the food but the highlights are surely... their: mac and cheese, greens, fried fish, potato salad, and fried chicken. Disgusting! Ordered garlic wings and received half baked wings with minced garlic thrown on them. Mac and cheese had absolutely... no taste, just noodles with melted cheese? don?t waste your money here. Waste of $40 Read more
