The location was a bit dreary. I believe brighter lighting at night would promote a more welcoming atmosphere. Service was very... slow in the drive thru, and the availability of menu items were limited. I think the shift was clock watching and decided not toprepare certain items (chilli) because it was getting close to the store closing time. This caused displeasure. I will give thislocation another CHANCE during my return trip. Read more

Chicken overcooked or old. Service painfully slow with only a single counter server. One employee tapping on his cell phone... doing nothing. Bathrooms disgusting. This Manager needs training. I used to run a restaurant much like this one. It needs aleader. Read more

This Wendy's location was very gross. It looks like they haven't cleaned anything in weeks. All counters were dirty, floors... filthy, bathroom disgusting with toilet paper all over the toilets and floor. Manager really needs to set higher standards ofcleanliness. Now for the food... I couldn't eat it. If I hadn't left before I opened my food, I would have returned it. I gotthe apple pecan salad and fries. The lettuce was slimey and the fries tasted bad. The oil probably hasn't been changed in awhile and the first bite I took tasted like straight dirt. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this was just too bad. Service is okay only if you're eating inside, drive through sucks, STOP worrying about a timer and get it HOT and RIGHT, THAT'S... EVERYTHING! We don't care about a timer. Inside people are friendly food is served hot, fries might be hot all the time. Thereis an odor in there I'm assuming it's the carpet, lose it! OMG! It's terrible. The best thing about my visit was the courteous staff in the drive thru. My food was far from that! The chicken nuggets appeared... to have been dropped in hot oil to reheat after I placed my order. They were as hard as they look in this picture. I wasextremely disappointed as this was not my first time experiencing this. I thought it would have gotten better. Read more
Ordered 2 combo meals was told $35, get to the window to ask why so much, she rang up 3 instead of 2. The manager and 2 of the... girls started arguing and the original girl snapped "well I don't have to be here" to which the manager replied "neither do I".Horrible experience all around sandwiches were ok, but the fries were cold.
