Reviews for The Black Knight Pub in Yellowknife, NT
Sat down after lunch rush was over and was never seen by a waitress. One staff yelled we?d get our menus but no one ever came to... our table. No water or beverage of any kind. They cleaned empty tables instead of tending to current customers and taking orders(poor training and management). Finally left after 25 minutes of being ignored!! Ate elsewhere. Another customer did the same.Waitress looked miserable and wouldn?t make eye contact with all 7 of us. Poor representation of Yellowknife hospitality!! We?llnever be back if we visit Yellowknife again. Read more
Can't say enough about the BK burger. All the flavors were on point. I really needed that. Friendly staff and a legit English... pub atmosphere. The butter chicken being consumed beside me looked delicious as well. Will be back! Read more

Amazing atmosphere. The wings on Wings Night (Wednesdays) are tasty. At $4 for 6 wings, they are good value for money also. The... servers are very nice and efficient. Orders are prepared quickly even during peak hours. The calamari rings and fries pickleswere disappointing. Hopefully they'll be better next time. Read more
We have been here a few times on our stay and have enjoyed every visit. The food is good pub food (note that there is a limited... menu for Sat brunch and veggie choices are not great), the service is fast and cheerful and they have good music. Both the Thujam session upstairs and Saturday nights Celtic music were great fun. Read more
The beer was cold and the waitress was excellent plus very informative. As it turned out the Black Knight seemed to be a very... popular spot with the locals as the crowd increased in time. Compared with some other places in Old Town the prices were morereasonable for beer and food. As a bonus, we happened to be there at the same time that the band The Sheepdogs were practicingupstairs. They were in Yellowknife for a show later that evening upstairs and the sound was great downstairs in the bar. As forfood the onion rings were good, unfortunately the chicken wings tasted like they had freezer burn. All in all a very pleasantexperience. Read more
I?ve been a couple times on my past visits to yellowknife. Once again it did not disappoint. Food is dynamite, service is great.... There?s just one glowing issue with this place? it?s a Rangers pub. If you know you know. But I?ll ignore it because it?s thebest place in town. ?Mon the hoops! Read more
