Om nom nom!!! Delicious sushi, large variety, super friendly service, great pricing. What more could you want in a sushi place?

This was my go-to for sushi in YK for a long time. As of late (the last year or so), quality has suffered, as has service. All... tempura items are now done in advance so they are cold and soggy when served. The crab in the California rolls is half theportion it used to be. Rolls are loose and falling apart. Tipping makes no difference. The price is less than competition butyou can?t even begin to compare quality. I now prefer grocery store sushi to this place. Sad. Read more

Despite operated by Japanese staffs, the overall experience was disappointing. Pricy but what I got was tasteless and overcooked... udon, poorly made sushi. Read more

Pleasantly surprised that there is sushi in Yellowknife. Service was quick and friendly. Considering where we are, I can only... assume prices are reasonable. I had an Arctic char platter with 3 nigiris, 3 pc roles, and 6 maki pieces for $20. I wish theywould be a little more generous with the portions, but in the context of where we are, it's fair. The prices are good, but when I'm going for sushi I'm okay spending money. The proteins are sliced so thin that it's depressing... and takes three minutes to go through the $16 special. Would be nice to have had some more fish. Read more

A good choice of sushi restaurant in Yellowknife. They have got Janpanese sushi cooks. It can't be wrong.
