i would give zero stars but unfortunately that?s not an option. i?m not going to give a long story, i?ll get straight to the... point. we arrived at 6:30pm, and did not receive our dinner until 10:00pm. me personally, i had to wait until 10:20 to finallyreceive my meal. we complained to our server about the unacceptable wait time while still waiting for our food and he went toget the manager for us. the manager finally arrived after another long wait and gave us a big uncalled-for attitude, andessentially shooed us off. i ordered pasta, and upon finally receiving and tasting it, it was tough and chewy. not ?al dente?tough and chewy, but undercooked tough and chewy. 3 hours for uncooked pasta and sub par appetizers is not acceptable. nevereating here again. Went there with my fiancé last night , we both had eaten light during the day because we were excited to try out this very well... rated Steakhouse ?stake?! We are from a smaller community so we don?t usually get treats like this! We were sat down and askedwhat we would like to start with to drink, wine came quickly and The night was off to a good start unfortunately that?s all thatcame quickly. We ordered our appetizers and mains, after waiting about 20 mins with nothing coming we were informed thatsomething my fiancé had ordered had run out! All fine and dandy we reorder and the wait begins again a soup and muscles comeout after an hour of waiting. Food was ok but definitely not worth the wait! We finished up the appetizers and expected a mainto arrive in at least 30 mins as I could see they were a little busy, but to my dismay an hour had gone by before our waitersaid the food should be out shortly! It was a rare steak and a seafood pasta an hour and a half is ridiculous! We had no wineleft for our main dinners, I mean a bottle doesn?t last 2 and a half hours! Above normal Steak house, small Bistro atmosphere, quality way above average, worth to pay the extra. Service was outstanding... and personalized, provided the right wine recommendation for our dishes. Unique dishes, chicken "breaded with Pistachios" hadhis charm and flavor. We went for dinner last night for my partner's birthday - he wanted good steak. We both ordered the ribeye and they were... honestly the worst steaks we've ever had at any restaurant ever. Not a good cut. Super chewy - full of tendon/cartilage - hardto cut. Extremely disappointing and not a great end to his birthday. Everything else was great - the kids meals - my son'ssteak from the kid's menu was great. We ordered two appetizers - the mussels and the shrimp - both were really good. Theservice was good. The desserts were good. But we went for steak and that was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately we justdealt with it and didn't send them back - we were already keeping the kids up late and didn't have time to wait. Our server wasapologetic when we told her but it was too late. We bought one of their boxes from the coop for dinner, it came in a recycle able box, all of their sauces and condiments came in... recycle able plastic containers OR compost able containers. The meal was easy to make with excellent instructions, everythingwas very fresh, and most importantly it tasted amazing. We?re very impressed and we?re excited to eat there in person one day.Highly recommended. Read more
