I have mixed feelings about this because a long time ago dinning in with a friend, this was the Pat's we would go to. I hope... dinning in is a way better experience. But do not get them for delivery. I placed a delivery order over the phone and I askedfor it to be delivered for eight ( I called like three hours in advance, it was a large order). So when it was almost 8:30 Icalled and got told that the food was to be ready for eight not delivered for eight, who would order delivery like that? Thefood eventually arrived, but it was almost nine and some of it was cold. So, don't pick this Pat's for a large orders and NOTdelivery because who knows when you'll get it. Read more
Always love Pat's! Definitely some of the best pizza around and they still have their large Cheese or pepperoni special Mon-... Wed for 9.49! Probably the best deal around... You just gotta ask for it! Read more
Pizza was cold and light on the add ons, salad came out not as requested, side order potato never came , the place was filthy... dirty. Walk in the door and random stuff on the floor. Are they not paying employees what they?re worth? They were obviouslyshort staffed- might have mentioned it was a 45 min wait for food and won?t come as requested. Customer service EXTREMELY disgusting. So disgusting that I didn't bother to buy anything. AND I had put my order in already. 2... separate employees talked to me and stared at me like I was the most ignorant thing in the world. I understand you have to get13 year olds to scoop ice cream and make pizzas, but I could have done without that attitude. Absolutely ZERO empathy. I workedat Windham Pat's when I was in high school. It's so sad to see this generation at work. If this is the future of customerservice, I'd rather starve than spend my hard earned money!!! Please train your employees to have some eye contact and a littlejust a dash of respect!!! Both employees little smart mouthed me and just turned and walked away. Then you can get them talkingto each other about how rude I was... Just WOW!! 100% disappointed!!! You are only as good as your employees!! While traveling we stopped in for a quick bite to eat. We ordered the lobster roll for 16.00 . And relieved a bun with lots of... lettuce and maybe 4 table spoons of lobster. We were thinking Maine is known for lobster and had higher expectations. However,the brownie we had was very good. Read more
First time at this Pat's - I've previously been to the Orono and Presque Isle locations. This one is larger and more open and... the bar is larger. The pizza was the same - excellent. I suppose having fewer servers accounts for having only a small portionof the tables open for seating, along with the bar. Our server (Jen?) was excellent. She got us drinks shortly after we sat andtook our order promptly. It was apparent that most of the people there when we went were regulars and were friendly with oneanother. By far the best pizza and subs around. A must if you want to catch a game they have tons of tvs. Huge selection of ice cream.... Some of the best ice cream with so many flavors and toppings to choose from. Read more
Busy for Sunday night, waited around for several minutes unnoticed before being greeted. Server was nice enough although didn't... mention her name and handed one check without asking if we (party of 4) wanted it split first. Wanted nearly 10 minutes for myfirst drink. Read more
