Good service, had all advertised items, clean, fair price ( went up a little bit but, nowhere near food prices)
They have been skimping out on everything since new ownership and prices are much higher. I will never go back here again. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but the quality of the ice cream is horrible. I... always get the soft serve and every time it's like milk. I can't even make it out the door with it not turning into milk. Willgo to the one on Olden Avenue. It's a little out of the way since I live around the corner from this one. I go in this store very frequently since I live right across the street. This review is not for the store or the ice cream. It... seems as though the young people who work there can?t get the pricing right for an ice cream cone. I have been charged $4.33,$4.89, $5.33, $5.89 for the SAME EXACT CONE. I always pay with my debit card and I always have them add a $1.00 tip. Foolishly, I never request a receipt. It happened again last night and I will never let it happen again. Previous owner was amazing. He always made sure he would serve the best quality ice cream with a smile. Current owners - seem to... be friendly and nice, but ice cream quality seems to have gone down. I went in once 3-4 months back for soft serve vanilla. Itwas yellow and watery. I decided to give it another chance. I went in last week and tried the vanilla soft serve again. Thistime, it was at least not so watery- the consistency was better than last time, but still melted super fast and did not holditself very long. I miss the previous owner- May he RIP. Read more
Staff is always very pleasant but this time I got melted ice cream, hardly any fudge on my hot fudge Sunday and skimpy on the... ice cream too. And after what, 8 months of owning the place they still don't have their cc machine hooked up. I have two giftcards i can't use there.
