went Nov. 3 2022 i had the hamburger steak with a sweet potato, the steak was cooked to perfection and the sweet potato was... perfect as well. my husband got the fried shrimp plate and we normally go to Seths for seafood but it was wonderful as well. wasexpecting those flat frozen shrimp that are usually tough to eat but these were nice size with a great breading. he also had thepinto beans which were a little spicy but he loves spice and he said there were great. the waitress was great as well Read more
Our first time at Neon Moon last night to see The Band Of Heathens. Excellent food, perfect service, all seats had a good view... of the stage and average acoustics. Attending concerts has become a favorite pass time of mine! I have recently attended 2 concerts in the metroplex and I have... attended many at Neon Moon and have already purchased tickets for future concerts here! I can not say enough good things aboutthe Neon Moon! I enjoy the fun, safe atmosphere, the staff is always amazing, the food is all amazing! No long lines forparking, not having to pay for parking. Saw Bellamy Brothers tonight, it was great! Great sound, atmosphere, felt like a really big party where everyone knew each... other. Bands were awesome! Staff appeared to be short handed so waiting for food and drinks was problematic. Waiters did theirbest. Limited menu was ok, but kind of lackluster. Tacos and nachos were average but ok. Overall though, great venue and willdefinitely go more often. Will try regular menu soon and get a better idea of food and service. Read more
Entire staff from the front desk to our server to the outdoor bar attendant was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to... see we were taken care of. We were there to see Whitey Morgan on the outdoor stage and the entire layout of this place is justgreat. The food was excellent, mixed drinks were awesome and beer was cold. I always order the sirloin steak (to go) and have never once been unsatisfied. Brandi and her staff have always treated me like... a king. I will continue to do business here. Best chicken fried steak I've had in a decade, best service I've had in over 2 years at various places in the area. This place... is huge and worth the trip. Good food, good prices, good serving size. Just wish they'd update their web page more often. Read more
This was our first, but definitely not our last trip! We drove in, from Shreveport, LA, to see the Band of Heathens (my favorite... band!) Decided to go ahead and eat here as well. Very sweet ladies at the front, wonderful food (the fried shrimp wasDELICIOUS!!!!) , precious waitress (Thank you, Kayla)! We locked our keys in the truck, and the owner, Brandie, was so sweet,she had someone there to help in no time at all. The atmosphere was AMAZING!!!!! Can't wait to come back! Read more
