This is for the Deli: Everything was awesome! We got the pretzel, the smoked bratwurst lunch, and the onion and bacon... quiche. This is for the bakery: It's dangerous! We got the croissant with Bavarian cream, walnut bar, apple strudel, andpoppyseed bar. I could live on that croissant, I can't hype it up enough, it was ecstasy in my mouth. Everything else was alsoincredible, but for that Bavarian cream was just on point. Totally worth the almost 2 hour drive. Read more
The Yalaha Bakery is a wonderful find! Serving delicious, freshly made pastries, breads, sandwiches, and coffee beverages and... set in a delightful building, the bakery is very popular! Ample parking. Limited seating outside. Shaded outdoor patio seatingwith live music on occassion. Take-out, too! Please note there are TWO counters to order from; one with sweets and one withsavory German sausages, etc. Highly recommended! Read more
We really enjoyed our first visit and all of our sweet treats. You can taste the freshness and love that they put into each one.... It was so hard to pick what to try first. We are glad it's only a few minutes away from home to try the rest, including theirdeli corner. Not pictured, a loaf of sourdough bread and pretzels that we grabbed from their discount day old rack. What a greatway to reduce waste. We can't wait to come back. It's worth the wait if there's a line! Read more
The bakery has a lot of goodies DIABETICS BE AWARE!!! Everything looks yummy! But you just can't eat it all! A little pricey for... my taste, but is not a place I'll go every day so it's a treat for me. Nice atmosphere, nice crowd. Even a helicopter wassitting at the far corner and left as the same time we did. Something different that you don't see in the city. Read more
This place is phenomenal with a uniquely high concentration of authentic German bakery and cafe items. The homemade schnitzel,... pretzels, sauerkraut and German potato salad made for a great lunch! The variety of freshly prepared baked goods and breads is alittle overwhelming. Solution? Buy a little bit of everything to take home! We will definitely return to this somewhat hiddenwonder of central Florida. Read more
The pastries here are amazing and so are the breads!! I know my picture of the pastries one of the cannolis is gone, I just... couldn't help myself ???? they're so good! oh and the deli here is also amazingly good. This charming bakery is tucked away in a quaint rural area. It has a cozy rustic vibe both inside and outside. I came here to... try some pastries and bread, as many that I know in the Orlando/Clermont area frequent this gem. The staff is very friendly andknowledgeable about their baked goods. Basically everything sold is freshly baked in house, and is affordably priced. Breads aremade with organic flours and without added preservatives, and I appreciated that ingredients are listed on the wall for eachbread. The pastries are amazing and I especially enjoyed the the cream filled croissant and the mango bar. The cream croissanthas the perfect sweetness level - having a mild sweetness, and is sure to please those who prefer a low sugar taste. I willdefinitely return to try more desserts! Also it's nice to see that they have hot drinks (tea & coffee) as well as an in housedeli available, with plenty of seating both inside and outside! Read more
This place is one of our favorites. Great selection to choose from and service is great too. Pies, cookies, tarts, tortes,... croissants, cinnamon rolls.....they have a little bit of everything. Day old bread under the counter is 30% as an addedbonus. Great German staples in the deli too. My favorite is the pretzel loaf with cheese!! Read more
