My service here is usually great but today a server by the name of Cyndi spoiled that experience. She acted like everything was... just too much with a poor bedside manner. I noticed others weren't happy with Her service as well. I felt like I was a burden soI cut My time there short today. First time we tried Eating here service and food were great. This time it took 10 minutes just to be approached 10 more minutes... to get menu's and drinks and15 minutes to place orders brought food an cheeked to see if everything was ok or if we neededanything else piss poor service good food though. Don't waste your money! The service was good. However, the food being served was so disgusting. Imagine the worst bar food you... can and this was even worse than that. Everything seemed as if it was previously frozen but not warmed all the way through. Ididn't have any drinks but maybe I should have so the food would have been better. Read more
I've been here 3 times. The first 2 times it took the server at least 10 minutes to acknowledge our table's existence. The 3rd... time, after 5 minutes of waiting, we got up and left, assuming waiting was a normal service expectation. Food is mid level barmenu, service is atrocious. Read more
Service is poor to say the least, Bartenders are the serves as well and they forget the orders and drinks. Got them wrong each... time I have gone in. Food is tasty but pretty spendy for what you get. Drinks are ?watered down?. Cool place to be inside justnot worth it. Tried it 3-4 times before I made up my mind. Went there tonight for the first time, only two servers and they were great. It was a little busy so food took a minute but it... was worth it. All seemed fresh and tasted great. We had cheese sticks, the taco special and the taco salad. The prices were goodwith the portions you get and typical for that kind of establishment. Also big plus on the pool table and cost per game wasgood. Very laid back vibe overall and I loved it. We will definitely be going back! One thing i would love to see is a changemachine, since there are games and a pool table. Took a little bit to catch a server to exchange it out. Read more
Half our order was delivered and the other half was "missed" but then came wrong. Waited forever for utensils. As we left the... table next to use got up and left after not being acknowledged for 15 mins....looked like one server was the only one working ona Saturday. Read more
