This place went above and beyond. We were in a semi after the lobby had closed for the evening. We were looked at by a female... employee who disappeared into the kitchen, a few moments later a gentleman came to the door, he opened it and seen the big rig.Then took our order and replied he'd try to slide us in between the cars in drive thru, it is the fastest food I have everreceived in drive thru period. This taco bell location was excellent. They asked questions and helped direct me to an inexpensive meal choice that tasted... fantastic. Each kid also had some and said "yum yum". Recommended! Read more
Asked for HOT & MILD. Didn?t get either. I worked at Taco Bell and your supposed to ask if we want sauces. Girl did seem new so... I?m not gonna blame her exactly. But we customers like our sauces ok!!! Read more
I am happy to see that Taco Bell has $2 & $3 options on the menu. I stopped going when they took off the $1 menu items. So we'll... see if I like the new items. I gave 4 stars as I had to walk in for the forgotten cinnamon churros in our order. Read more
This is the "5-Layer" burrito. More like the "Trojan Horse" burrito. You guys put on this whole façade as if the buyer is... consuming a very meaty burrito -- but we're not. There is barely any meat in here. 45% tortilla, 40% cheese and sour cream and15% meat and bean. No wonder why I was enduring a night in Guantanamo Bay in the bathroom 3 nights back. Read more
I usually love this place. Well, Taco Bell ????????in general however... this happened. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM: I pulled up... to the speaker in the drive thru at 7:AM, Monday 7/18/2022 and waited for someone to acknowledge me. No one did so I went to thewindow where i saw 2 gals prepping. Neither of them looked at me so I drove around to park near the entrance and looked up theirhours to make sure I wasn't too early. While I was parked, I went ahead and ordered from the lot through their app. I was thendirected to pull up to the speaker to give them my name and my order would soon be ready. I pulled up to the speaker AGAIN andwaited for a welcome. Still no communication so again I drove to the window. I waited and watched. Finally at 7:23, one of theyoung ladies opens the window and says, "We're not open yet." I asked, "When do you open?" She said, "In a little bit." Ipointed at my phone and said, "It says you open at 7." She nodded and said, "I know it says we open at 7. We're just running alittle late. Sorry." The food was exceptional. The best Taco Bell I have ever had. We ordered late around 11 p.m and we have since returned at the... same time and tend to have really good luck with the quality of the food. We had a very poor experience the first time we wentto this same Taco Bell but we ordered later when they were getting ready to close. So I think that's why the food was probablyless than sub par.
