Spent $39 for a 6in sub with double meat, a protein bowl, 1 bag of chips and 2 large drinks that are $1 each right now. We went... at noon. They were ?out? of wraps but the guy only looked in the bread cabinet didn?t go in the back. How do you run out ofwraps at noon on a Saturday. I got the club protein bowl and none of my meat was cut up just layered in the middle of the bowl.I had to go back to ask for a fork and when I realized my meat was whole I went and asked for a knife and they don?t carry them,only forks. When did they stop putting the salads in the big bowl and chopping it all up together then put it in the to gobowl??? I don?t think we have ever come to this location and not had issues of some sort. Went to this subway on a Sunday. Decided not to go to the other ones because they often do not have the cheesecake cookies that... I like. The people in front of me ordered the last two cookies that I wanted. (Mind you this was the only reason I came to thisparticular subway.) I asked him when I got up there if they had more of the cookies and he said no, but we have pretty muchevery other kind. He said that the opener on Sunday's doesn?t do much. Well the opener on Sunday?s is killing your business.When I checked out, there were only oatmeal, dark chocolate and macadamia. None of which I usually get. The employee was nice,said the day was slow, but mentioned that they did not have tomatoes this particular day. I mean how long does it take to cuttomatoes? Normally I do not take the time to review, but this was pure laziness of the employees and I will not be returninghere. Read more
First time in. Was served by the guy with the colored tattoos, super nice guy! He explained the deal of the day and made a good... sandwich. Excellent customer service. Good food. The pop machine seemed a little off flavors but I'm sure its fixable ???? Read more
Customer service on 40th was horrible. My daughter was asked very rude and in mean tone what did she want. Rolled her eyes,... rudely told her to speak up. Didn't offer any condiments. Just wrapped up her sandwich and left on counter. 2nd time happeninghere. Your sandwich makers are either overworked or not trained properly. Read more
