Fresh coffee fast, (I can tell when the the coffee has been sitting for a long while) clean friendly and awesome!
The manager Ginger is very lazy, I always have to wait super long to get my drink and most of the time it?s not even made right.... She always looks upset and miserable like she doesn?t want to be there. Last time I was in there, there were maggots on thefloor, extremely disgusting I don?t know how drinks or food are allowed to be served in this store. She needs to be fired ! Read more

Most of the time when I come here it is through the drive though. However when I went inside I had a totally different... experience. I had to wait about 3 min at the ordering counter.... the manager then helped me. She said I couldn't have a glassof water to go with my tea. And pumpkin loaf. When I waited for my order the lady in front of me received a drink 3/4 full.....like what the heck... Read more

I got the best group of Starbucks young people yesterday. They were so friendly and welcoming. I feel like many coffee shops in... Yakima don?t care about their customers anymore, but that was not the case here. One guy in particular waited patiently as Ifigured out how to log back in my app before I paid. One of the girls was helpful in helping me pick out a drink, and one guymade friendly conversation as he cleaned up. Whoever their team leader is did a great job in training them.
