WOW! Just had a bunch of teeth fixed and can only eat soup. We ordered take out bowls of soup (4 to be exact) that cost $50!... Just to receive less than a cups worth in every bowl. I put a pen in picture for comparison. These are less than half full andalready small bowls. Never seen it this skimpy before. Insane! Then I get an attitude on the phone from the worker about it. This place was the best customer service. We came in not long before closing. Employees were great. Our waiter was Very good at... his job. I wish I could remember his name. Food outstanding and Red lobster has done it excellent customer service and the foodis fabulous. Read more

I hadn't been to Red Lobster in a loooong time, so I wasn't ready for the big price hike. The same great food is on the menu,... lobsters in the tank by the door, tasteful dining room with comfortable seating. I really like Red Lobster because they docasual dining at the high class level. However, $10 for a small serving of Mac n cheese is a little much. We also got a bakedpotato with the works and a Ceasars salad. Total came to $30 with a $5.41 tip. It's was good , we ordered the date night for two. We like our steaks medium well and one was well done and the other was medium... rare. The lobster and shrimp were yummy but my husband's soup was barely warm. All and all was a decent meal and was great toget out! Read more
Red lobster is always good. Specifically when they have the endless shrimp. Their shrimp scampi is amazing. I wish the bacon on... the scallops was a bit more cooked but other than that everything was delicious! Read more
10/12/2021 (5 Stars) The front parking lot area and entrance are under construction at this time. The staff and food were great... today, as usual. Park (and come in the restaurants) on the south side. 09/10/2021 (5 Stars) We had another great meal insidethe restaurant. The staff and food are always good. The loyalty program with this chain is one of the best around. 11/2020 (5Stars) So nice to be able to eat inside the restaurant again. One of our favorite places. Read more
We just had an excellent dining experience at Red Lobster. It was a busy evening and they were obviously a little short staffed... but I'm sure they didn't schedule it this way. Our waitress Serenity however made it a very special evening for us. She wasfriendly with a positive attitude and a kind smile. She was attentive and bustling the entire time we were there! The food wasamazing and plenty of it!! I'll be happy to bring my family every time they come to visit us? Thank you! Read more
