Today I somehow didn?t enter my address in completely. So it?s 15 minutes after our pizza should have been delivered and I call... to see what?s going on. They?d been trying to call me to let me know they had an incomplete address but my number is alsooutdated (face palm). The person I spoke with was so nice and I heard her tell the delivery driver to make sure to come to myplace first. I think it?s important to note this great customer service because other places would have been so annoyed aftertrying to call me multiple times and they handled it all really well. I order from here all the time and I?ve never had anyissues with my orders. Todays issues were on me but I?m grateful for the positive and light attitude they had towards it. Thanksguys. I've never had a problem at the Kern Rd. location in Yakima. I've never had to wait. The orders have always been correct. And... the food is always good. The staff is courteous too. Like everywhere else, the food additions are skimpier than they used tobe, but it seems to be like that everywhere. I can remember when Pizza Hut pizzas came loaded, piled high with your choices. Oh well...memories. Read more
