Holy smokes.....the girl couldn't take my order because their music was too loud. Also the manager that is on shift... today....October 30th at 6pm is a total clown. He has such a bad attitude and feels entitled. I hope he gets fired one daybecause of how poorly he acts. I'll never ever buy from this place. Lastly, the last two visits they messed up my order. Great pizza but it's pricey. For a large 2 topping and large bread stick was $28 I saved $4 by purchasing the 2 pizza special... and breadsticks. Read more
I ordered online and used my card, they charged the full amount and when i called to confirm they said i still owed the enitre... amount and would not deliver to me unless i paid them AGAIN!!! So I work night audit and I was stuck at work all night with nowno money becasue they took it and hungry all night., I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN. The toppings were appropriate, taste good, and price for the product was also good. EDIT: just had another order 6/26 and was... also plenty satisfied with the order. I wasn't expecting the delivery at our back door and didn't hear the knock or my phonering. But the ring was to let me know she was back there, and although she came around to the front, the pizza was still hot andfresh. Also appreciated the extra effort to let us know she was there. Update: I am editing my original review to include my most recent interaction. I had an issue with this location and only a day... after airing my issue, I was contacted by corporate. They were very kind and helpful and looked into the promotion I mentionedand showed really great customer service and efficiency so I’m giving Pizza Hut a 5 for overall experience with the company. Iwill continue to patronize this company! Original review: This place is kind of ridiculous. I cancelled my order with them justnow based on principle. We had a coupon in the mail for Pizza Hut in the yakima area advertising a big dinner box for $24.99.Called to place the order and told them about the coupon and that it didn’t have a coupon code but it was in print. The ladyon the phone said they needed a code and couldn’t honor it so she offered to out her manager on the phone. The managerproceeds to tell me the same thing and that they cannot honor it without a code.. they can’t honor their own coupon...fromtheir own company..in the yakima area... I understand that the price difference was negligible, however, on principle I askedthem to cancel my order because I don’t like to spend more where they don’t honor their advertised prices. The manager couldhave easily asked to see the coupon and adjusted the price but choose to cancel our order instead and I think that makes nosense. Read more
I have to say that the first thing that I really liked, is that they were very busy, and running a little behind. Our driver was... amazing and gave me a call to let us know what the hold-up was and to ensure he had the proper address. He showed up 10 minutesafter leaving the store with our food. He was very kind and polite when he came to the door, and took our warning of neighborsstealing food orders from others from porches. The pizza and chicken were absolutely amazing. Read more
