Um just got two pizzas called in she said 30 mins witch was understandable. I showed up 40ish mins later my pizzas weren't even... started and I paid for my pizzas and started making them whats the purpose of call in then? And every other "call in" were likethat. March 25, 2022. Came in watched lady make pizzas help customers then go back to making pizzas never once watched her change her... cloves or wash her hands. Never seen anyone wash their hands the whole time I waited for my pizzas to be made(1/2 hour, theywere very busy). Definitely my favorite Papa Murphys. My pizza is always fresh and on time. The crew is great and is a pleasure. I honestly dont... think people give enough credit to these food places. Short staffed. Constant call ins. And most of the kids are just startingout! We as customers need to be patient. :) Read more

Ordered ahead to get a take and bake. Got there right on time. Ignored me for several minutes, then said, we will get to your... pizza soon. Had 40 minutes to put one large pizza together. Should have had it ready. The pizza was very good. Read more

It was busy, we didn't call ahead, and yet we were in and out in no time! The pizzas were great and one of the employees even... took time to chat with my 3 year old while she watched them put them together. I was very impressed. Read more
