Server was friendly and did a great job for working by himself. Wait wasn?t overly long. The Pitaya bowl wasn?t to bad. This was... my first smoothie bowl and I?ve heard a lot of rave on them. TBH, pretty much tasted the same as the granola bowls I make athome (not a reflection on NUYU) just won?t be ordering these now that I know what they are. The Theory drink though was reallygood. Definitely worth getting. The establishment is small but clean. Great little setup. If I?m ever in the area again, I?llknow where to find some healthy drinks (I need to try the sandwich also).
