never even got to finish ordering and the owner (assumed) started yelling and threatening to call the police because someone... else came in and asked to use the bathroom. Worst MOD pizza I?ve ever been too. Needed to travel out of town and have a dairy allergy so came here. The employees were... extremely rude and rushed us through the items even though we were the only ones in there. They barely gave us any toppings andI asked for extra cheese and got a pinch. I usually always go to MOD and am very disappointed that this location seems to befailing when it comes to customer service and quality. Read more
Absolutley wonderful place. We came in tonight and during the process of building the pizza a miscommunication happened and they... went above and beyond to make it right. Giving us the pizza that wasn't quite what we ordered and making one that was perfectlydone. They are wonderful and I highly recommend them to all. Read more
We received great customer service from the employees. We got 2 pizzas, cheese bread and 3 lemonade and spent close to $40 with... a tip. Good pizza and excellent atmosphere ???? Read more
Union Gap location Very great pizza!. . They were on point with customer service. Toppings were fresh and placed was clean.... Fast service, patient associates, and lemonade is fire!. . Overall the meal was a 5 because it was fresh!.. nothing like a realfresh pizza and the dough was super gooooood!. . I defiantly enjoyed my meal experience and music selection was A+. Read more
I give this MOD one star but if I were able I?d give it zero. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had at one of... your restaurants. The employee's were rude, the place was so dirty and we were hurried along when ordering even though multipleemployees were just standing around. We got to the register to pay and the lady who rang us up said to us ?next time you wantcheesy bread you need to order that at the start.? Well we weren?t aware of this since no where is this stated in your buildingor offered at the start. When asked which sauce I wanted on my pizza I had asked what they had and I was directed to look at themenu instead of the employee giving a general idea of the sauces available. As we sat in the lobby and ate our lunch oneemployee who was supposed to be cleaning the lobby whipped the towel around on the tables leaving all crumbs and trash all overthe floor without care to get a broom. I will say if you are looking for a place with a clean place to eat and employees whocare about their customers this isn?t the place for you. Do better Yakima MOD. Read more
