Honestly hate McDonald?s now and how they treat customers! I worked for them and trust me I had a problem with it so I spoke up... and then I get let go I don?t know what it is with the employees and the corporate is the same way snobby and rude they act likethey just want to get paid and not do anything lazy rude and disrespectful! It is covid-19 epidemic time and you need noticed to your managers & your employees about using of gloves ,using of napkins &... not touch any food. Unfortunately, I was in couple Mcdonald store & asked for ice cream con. As couple time their employeestouch the cons, I asked their cashier before notice to them for holding with napkins the con and then fill it & give it to me.But they didn't what I ask and another time I asked in place of the con, fill in a cup that none touch it my food but theydidn't. My question of corprate office is why your employees doesn't concern about public health and just a little touch of ourfood could cause us to get covid ...please tell your employees holds the cons with napkins and then give to the customers toprevent of any transferring any disease. I placed an online order and part of the order was 2 mcchickens. They were cold and hard and missing the cheese I paid for. So I... called them for replacement and had my son pick it up today. When he got home, they again had no cheese, were covered inlettuce, which I ordered no lettuce. I have never had an issue with the one located on 1st and Yakima, but this time it wasridiculous. I worked as a 1st assistant and GM back east and, though mistakes are made, it helps if you read the customer'sreceipt and make it as they ordered it. Will not be visiting this one again. Read more
