Waited in reserved parking for 9 minutes... For one item. Decided it wasnt worth time so left. Based on other reviews, maybe the... owners should spend more time and money on teaching their employees better customer service. Maybe get them to work more and notso much just standing around. Read more
I've tried a few McDonalds around Yakima and this one is the worst. The fries were cold. They were "large" but only half filled.... The big Mac was cold too, and sloppily put together. It just feels rushed here. I eat at MCD coz I know what I'll get, they'rejust not up to par at this location. Still, it tastes like MCD. Read more
Ordered curbside through the app in an effort to save time. After checking in we waited 10min, staff delivered food to someone... who came up after us. I asked politely if ours was ready, she said she'd check. Waited 5 more minutes and finally wentinside. Turns out the order was just sitting there... Not sure why they couldn't bring it out, but it would have been wayfaster to just use the drive through. What should have been a few minutes ended up being almost 20. Kid liked the food though,so at least they're consistent. Read more
Went through the drive thru with my daycare kids for an end of summer special lunch, was told I couldn't order happy meal toys... separate forcing me to convert my order to happy meals and then i was told i couldnt order more than 10 happy meals through thedrive thru. I had to unload all 11 children to walk in to the lobby to order. I have never had this much issue trying to providea fun lunch. Read more
For the most part I've had good experiences at this location but today I received a slushi instead of a float, cold fries and... had to wait 30 min for my order when there was nobody inside except myself and my family and maybe 5 drive through orders while4 workers were hanging out in the freezer for 15+ min leaving the front of staff , window attendant and manager to doeverything. Every time I use the app to place an order for this specific restaurant they always try to get me to pay a second time in person... at the McDonald's after I've already paid with my credit card through the app which is the only way you can place an order. Idon't know if someone's trying to make money on the side or what but this seems to only happen at this specific McDonald's.Every other McDonald's I've been to in Yakima and use the app and paid using my credit card it seems to work just fine. Tonight no pies ready. Advertise pie but long wait for pie....New at McDonalds...smaller breakfast burrito, less for more. Same... all over Yakima. Also, McDonalds in Yakima now has a coin shortage, no one else does. This place never has coffee ready. Alwayshave to sit and wait until they get it made. Wouldn't expect this from a place that promotes coffee products so heavily. Thirdday in a row ordered three coffees and had to pull out in the parking area and wait for coffee to brew. Read more
Best McDonald's I've ever been to. Never had them mess up an order and always nice and fast!!
