I just ordered about 30 minutes ago. I for some reason didn?t check the bag like I should. I ordered and paid for 8 tacos via... mobile order and only received 4. This is the 3rd time I?ve been shorted at this location. I have tried calling but theemployees working have left the phone off the hook. I hope someone can help make this right. The weather conditions are toohorrible to drive back tonight. I know it?s only $2 but money is money right? *edit- And I just realized that she put ice in mycoke when I ordered a coke with no ice. When did Jack and Crack get so expensive? It's hard to get meals for 2 adults under $25ish after taxes and the anything else.... Soooo...JITB is now super slow and super expensive now! Fast food depends on well-prepared meals which this isn't. Eat at a restaurant and take your time if you have it. But Jack has... plenty of competition if you don't. Read more
I ordered several (4 or 5) sandwiches and 2 monster tacos last night. I came back on today to get the Tacos I bought and they... refused to give them to me because I 'Didn't call them' at 9 pm after I got home. Sad that they're willing to steal from acustomer, let alone lose a customer over two monster Tacos. Horrible Customer Service. These people have no business workingwith the public, and I'd be surprised if this location survives long. Read more
The service was fast and accurate. Disappointed that my curly fries were cold 2 minutes out of the drive-thru. The restaurant... itself is nice but there are many transients outside in the parking lot. Read more
Thus is a good Jack in the box to go to. Never had any problems every time that I've went there. Delicious burgers, good drinks... and there milk shakes are REALLY GOOD AS WELL but could be a lil cheaper. I recommend for sure!!! Read more
I ordered the same order 4 times over a few weeks. It was the exact same order, only 4 items. 3 out of those 4 times, the order... was incorrect, and I had to correct them at the window and wait for the rest of my meal. The fourth time, I got what I ordered,but the large milkshake I ordered was only half full. The food is fine, it seems clean and the staff are polite, but they neverseem to get your order correct on the first try. Read more
