This place is clean, friendly staff, clean and fair prices. For those who don't know Five Guys havea secret menu: There?s a ?secret? menu at Five Guys that contains several items and sandwich combinations that aren?t directlyadvertised to patrons. The grilled cheese cheeseburger, aka the patty melt, is on that list, along with customizations like ?ThePresidential,? which was apparently the favorite order of former President Barack Obama. ?The Presidential? is a cheeseburgerwith lettuce, tomato, jalapeno peppers, and mustard. This specific Five Guys was gross to walk into. The tables were all dirty and the floors were flat out disgusting. The fountain... machine was out of almost all their flavors. I highly recommend management looks into their staffing from today and discuss withthe crew that they need to work on maintaining the cleanliness. It wasn?t busy so there was no excuse for basic sweeping andwiping down the tables to not be done. I would expect higher standards from a chain restaurant. Read more
There was only 3 guys behind the counter, so I started off feeling like I had been fibbed to. The floor was messy and it took a... while to get my order. When I did get my order it was wrong. Now wait a minute, you are asking why there are 5 stars up there?Because the people working were very friendly, the floor was dirty because you can grab some free peanuts and throw the shellson the ground (I don't know if they do that every day, but it was fun to feel like I was getting away with being naughty!), andmy order was wrong, but in a good way. I ordered a basic burger and I got a double cheeseburger. I got the standard size cajunfries, and there were so many that I couldn't finish them all! Great burgers. Definitely add extras to them though. They need a bit more flavor. The fries were not crisp, which kind of... ruined the experience. Portions were great. You get way more fries than what fit in the cups. The burgers are doubles unlessyou get the littles. Get the littles unless you are really hungry. Read more
