LOVE the parm and garlic bread knots w/cheesy marinara sauce! Ordered on the way over from St. Paul's in Yakima. Order was ready... when we got there even tho close to closing for them. So friendly and helpful! Coupon did not work online but server was glad togive it to me anyway! Love this place. Read more
I ordered the garlic knots and extra cheese dip. No extra dip, burnt around the whole edge and burnt and stuck to the bottom of... the dish. Horrible Read more
Why ask for preferences on how you'd like your pizza and not follow how it is ordered? Made an online order. Pizza did not come... as ordered. Pizza was poorly cut and the stuffed cheese bread had little to no cheese inside. Read more
Horrible customer service. Terribly hard and burnt pizzas arrive. They take way too long to ?quality check? an order, causing... your food to only get harder after being overly cooked. Their employees can not even muster up a simple hello when you aretrying to speak with them. Better to say, try another Dominos. You will have better service and a better pizza. Read more
They SKIMP on toppings. Their pasta dishes are bland and devoid of the proper ingredients, even once you take them back they... replace them with the same inadequate stuff. Night manager was very RUDE to me. Read more
This is the pizza I received today. I ordered hand tossed and they sent me thin and crispy. When I spoke with the manager Tanya,... she argued that she cooked THIS PIZZA herself and that they were indeed hand-tossed. If there is a thinner Pizza than this, it'dbe a cracker. I've ordered enough Domino's to know which Crust I like. And it wasn't the fact that she immediately dismissed theidea of having made the wrong pizza but her condescending attitude towards my complaint. I get that people complain about pizzaoften but I didn't want anything free, simply a correct order. Horrible customer service!!! I asked for crushed peppers and the manager yelled at me that?s its only 2 packets for one... pizza!!!!! HOW RUDE!!! Never coming back here again. Read more
