My fiance and I came here today. I got the bowl with chicken, brown rice, corn salsa, Pico de gallo, cheese queso, sour cream,... guacamole, cheese and some lettuce. My fiance got a burrito.. to go. The chicken was waaaayyyy too salty. Like crazy salty. Theybarely put any guacamole on my bowl. However, it was okay. Just not worth $20+. Read more
For being a brand new chipotle in town they're solid already. I've eaten at some sub par Chipotle's and this is not one of them.... It's pricey but that's not this locations fault that's just the deal with Chipotle. Read more

This place is amazing. Yakima has really bad food options and finally we can get quality food at a great price. I always love chipotle! Happy to have one in the area. My go to order : carnitas burrito with pinto beans, corn salsa and guac.... The online pick up order is chaotic during rush times and it's rough getting out of there parking lot with the blockage. Butit's worth the food Read more

Waited in line for 50 mins for my online order. Line only moved 2 cars in that time. Guy came out and was running orders finally... got to us and we expressed how we'd like our food remade because it was definitely cold by now he told us they just finishedmaking it. That was a lie we got home to ice cold mushy food that sat there for 50 minutes. It sucked spent $38 to ruin mynight. They refuse to refund for the bad food and service they'll just send you coupons. I ordered online. The order was ready to go but they forgot my salsa. I expect my order to be checked to make it was packed... correctly with everything I already pre-paid for. What makes me angry is that you have made it impossible for me to contactanyone on the phone to get my salsa.
