Very dirty place ive went couple times and its super dirty floors where they cook are discusting

I brought my Son whose living with Autism here for lunch and the gal that helped us was very professional and understanding of... my Son's needs. She brought our food to the table with the sauces my Son requested. I didn't get her name but I'm hoping she isconstantly recognized for her customer service skills. She definitely deserves more compensation for going above and beyond. Read more

The hamburger "quarter pounder" is not a good buy. Barely has anything on it with exception of cheese. Not enough mayonnaise,... mustard or catsup. You have to hunt to find that as well as onion. They advertise on TV great bargains for $5.00 or $6.00 butall of the local Burger King's do NOT honor the advertised prices. For elderly on fixed income this is a disservice!!! Read more
I ordered a Whopper Jr with cheese. The patty was very small, with almost half an inch between the patty and edge of the bun.
Ordered our food then they said they would bring us our food to play area. So we were given receipt and drink cups. We went to... play area and waited and waited. And finally after 45 minutes I went up front and asked if they knew where my order was and shea different gal said she'd look and then bring it out to me. So I got our drinks and went back to play area a few seconds laterhere she comes with our food explaining it had been under the warmer for some time the guy didn't bring it out to us. I was soupset so we got old food because there customer service sucks. Yeah not happy with the burger king on 1st st. Next to home depotthe bigger guy with dark hair behind the counter shouldn't say he'll bring it to you if he won't. Very rude!!! At least mygrandson had a fun time playing the chicken strips were so over cooked he wouldn't eat them. So they are gonna be dogs treatsbut all in all at least he got to have fun playing. And the gal was super sweet and helped us find the food and got it to usfinally. Thank you Hilda you are amazing. Hope they know how sweet and kind you are. Great customer service skills too. If itwasn't for her I would have asked for my money back and left. But her smile made me feel like ( just shut up and eat the oldfood) so I did it wasn't her fault it was the guys! Ugh... Read more
$15 an hour and they struggle to cook French fries correctly!!! Good thing I have an air fryer!! Amazing
