When we walked in Fly?s were everywhere, Ordered our food, got our drinks, and the tables were dirty. Garbages were over... flowing. Staff was rude and tolled their eyes when we asked to get a table cleaned, was told to clean it ourselves, and gave usthe rag. Read more
Girl said she was the manager on duty, her name was Yuumi. She lied to my face about her system being down because she canceled... my order and didn?t want to fill it because it was late, but still well before they are said to stop accepting orders, and evenmore before they are set to close. There was plenty of time to fill my order but when the dasher arrived at 11:20, they hadalready closed (they don?t close until 12) She claimed it had been down for a whole day, but I had just ordered from there 30minutes ago and it said the dasher picked it up, but it never got delivered. So I know the system is up. Not only is thisatrocious customer service but she also bold faced lied to me about her system being down. If I hadn?t had to re order becausemy food wasn?t delivered, I would have never known that. Needless to say, I?ll no longer be giving you my business any longer.If you have people working there that are willing to lie to customers, who knows what other horrifying things are happeningbehind the scenes. I waited at the front counter for four minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The same two girls walked past me numerous times... without a single acknowledgment. Another gentleman walked past me to fill the ice machine, made eye contact with me but kept onwalking. Their customer service is non-existant! Also, there were TONS of flies flying around, landing on counter tops and inthe fry trays. Just not very clean at all! Read more
I really enjoy the staff here and they always get my order right for a fair price. We eat here about once a month by the way,... and each time seem to receive great service. -1 star for how hot the food is not. Every stinking time we go, we open oursandwiches hoping that they?ll be piping hot this time. Maybe next time? Read more
22 June 2022 - 3 Stars 1) I rate the food 4 Stars. The taste is good and at a fair price. 2) The rewards app is okay, but not... the best offers for burgers in the area. 3) I rate the store cleanliness, GENEROUSLY, with 2 Stars. The staff does not cleanthe drink area - just put a sign saying it's slippery. Granted, the staff are not the ones making the mess and spilling drinks,but I was amazed that during the 1 hour we were there (slowly eating and visiting) the drink area was never cleaned. The"slippery" sign was already posted before we arrived. The mess of napkins, etc. in that area was noticeable. Small Drink Lidswere missing as well. Read more
