Terrible. I remember I visited this place on (St. Patrick\'s Day 2021). Things were just starting to open up. Great vibe of the... club...However.... (At the time, I didn\'t know what the place was called.) I was with two other friends. I went to the restroomand they were all out of stock on hand soap, uh hello, CORONA? How were people using the restroom without soap??? lol. Iremember we had ordered some food and drinks. We waited at least a good 30 minutes and our drinks still hadn\'t been given.(Mind you the food was given first?) My friend looked over at the bar and noticed there was some drinks on a tray on thecounter, just chilling there. My friend let this one white american guy know who was on the job drinking beer whom I assume wasprobably the owner because of his arrogance, to ask about our drinks. She was pretty annoyed at this point, and he saw that inher face. I remember clearly he says to her \"Sorry, but If you haven\'t realized were in the middle of a pandemic sweetie, andif you can do us all a favor a put a smile on that face.\" When I tell y\'all I was in shock...I was literal shock. I have neverseen anyone in food service talk to a customer like that. Let alone an OWNER being RUDE to a random customer. I respectfullyleft a good tip for our amazing waitress but I vowed to NEVER come here again. Truly disappointing. We left soon after becausewe hate confrontation. The reason I remembered this place was because a friend invited me here for lunch today but rememberingthat this was the same place I visited in March...NOPE Ill pass!! Read more
It\'s a pretty entertaining place and probably the best in town for young Latino vibes. Although I understand business, it... still doesn\'t sit right with me seeing a non- latino owner profit off our culture and people without seeing any activeinvestment in our communities to help solve local issues. Also, I caught a bartender (Cam) tipping himself without asking me totip on my card. He was rewarding himself for 2 minutes of serving a drink that had very little alcohol. I asked for a receiptand he hesitated to give me one. It wasn\'t until then that I noticed he tipped himself. He was upset about me asking why hetipped himself without me consenting to it. He said he would remember this in other words threatening to either do something tomy drink or not serve me at all. I wonder how many tips he makes (steals) every night without the consent of the customer. On agood note, birria tacos are legit. Pretty good food. 3 stars. Read more
Amazing place highly recommend it!!! We had such an amazing time here yesterday. The owner Jason made it super special for us I... told him my husband and I met here exactly a year ago and he made our reservation for us and our guests. He put a beautifulbouquet of flowers with balloons sati congrats and the D.J made a special announcement for us. Just an amazing night . Thank yousoooooo much to everyone at Avenida see you soon !!!! Despite not having a trained DJ the bartenders are super chill. Once they get a DJ that transitions songs better this place will... be even better. Also it\'s one of the few places I haven\'t seen any drama break out. That\'s nice to. Read more
