Dirty bathroom
So I like going to this store because of the convenient location. This place is normally a little busy but there are always... pumps open and lines every once in a while. I went earlier today and bought some food place was pretty clean and bought somefood. When I'm driving somewhere and I'm jn a hurry I like to grab a bite to eat here and normally add bbq sauce, ketchup,pickles, and mayo to my BBQ burgers or mustard and ketchup on the corn dogs. Since I'm normally in a rush and eat at the pump Iget a bit messy. So to my surprise there were no napkins anywhere in site I checked in all of the napkin dispensers and nothing.I asked the lady upfront and was very nice and showed me where there were some napkins in a different dispenser that arenormally for cleaning things up or drying your hands not the normal AMPM napkins. I'm giving this place 4 stars only becauseit's a convenient location and normally very friendly people that work here. The napkin thing really bugged me because therewere 0 napkins in all of the dispensers and planned on giving you 3 Stars and then remembered how nice the clerk or lady was tome there didn't catch her name but it was early to mid afternoon. I figured her customer service and nice demeanor made up andsurpassed the lack of napkins or towelettes and probably wasn't even her fault there weren't any napkins there overall Irecommend this gas station if going into Yakima and it's right off of the freeway and next to the mall so very convenient location. Works if u absolutely have to stop
I love the AM/PM on 16th and Washington. It is the opposite of the one on Nob Hill. I have gone to the Nob Hill location in... the mornings and no coffee was made, no breakfast sandwiches made, and sometimes no clerk at the front. I walked in picked up acup, found there was no coffee, no sandwiches, and walked out to find somewhere better prepared for the public. Sorry forwasting my time. Read more
