I really hate givin bad reviews, but this place has become absolutely terrible. Went to the drive thru around 5pm. Long line of... cars. After about 15 mins, no movement. 10 people left while i was waiting. I probably wouldve too, but everyone in front of mehad left except the lady still waiting at the order speaker. When i got up there, they were just taking her order. Finally getmy food, the burger was overcooked, soaked in grease, and had very burned bits of old burgers all over it. The chicken nuggetswere nasty balls of inedible rubber. The fries were definitely cooked in extemely dirty oil. It was gross. $11 worth of food andi threw most of it out cause its not even worth going back up there to have the food remade. Never goin back...expired dog foodwould probably be better than this Wendy's. Read more
Ever since the remodel we have not been able to eat there. Drive thru will just stop taking orders for 15 minutes every 3 cars.... Had to leave the drive thru line 3 different times after waiting 30 minutes because of this. Thought I might give them anotherchance and went there this morning. Ordered my food and everything seemed normal. Got to go pay and the attendant informed me itwas Cash Only and they were out of coffee.... Might be something you want to mention before you let people order. I love Wendysbut I will not be wasting any more time at this location. Terrible owners breed terrible staff. Read more
Last 4 visits between the hours of 630am and 730am the store is still closed. So much for breakfast again. Well its either... missing food through the drive threw or items on the menu unavailable or they are just not open when the sign says they are. Igive up trying to get food here at this brand new restaurant. Lost my 30 to 40 dollar order once a week. Won't be going hereanymore. Read more
I ran through the drive thru today, the staff was incredibly sweet. Probably the best fast food service I've had in a long time.... They did forget one of my fries and a sandwich but they realized their mistake prior to me pulling away, and they immediatelycorrected it. Read more
Not impressed, now I remember why I do not regularly eat here. 2022 and not enough employees to open the dining room. The burger... seems smaller than usual, warm at best on a stale bun. Fries slight warm. Read more
The food was good and the service was fast, we sat out on their patio, which was nice, but having homeless people sitting next... to us asking for money just really turned me off. I have drove by there several times and the same homeless people are sittingout there. That will turn alot of people from eating there. Read more
Service has steadily gone down hill since the remodel sadly. I keep returning hoping for a better experience and it just keeps... getting worse. Product orders aren?t being made and they are constantly out of half of their menu or containers. I?ve paid for alarge drink on three separate occasions to then be told they only have small cups (even though I can clearly see stacks of largeand medium cups at the counter). They were out of small fry containers and said they would provide a medium at the price of asmall and was still charged for a medium. Nuggets were under the warmer for so long they were hard as rocks. I ordered adoublestack 4for4 and they said I could only order a jr cheeseburger. I could understand if this had to do with shipment errorsbut considering every Wendy?s in the district is still operating just fine and these are continuous issues at this locationalone, this is obviously an issue of faulty management. Cold sandwich with everything on it and was supposed to be plain. Raw baked potato and warm pink lemonade. Oh and only taking... cash. Who trained this kids? Not impressed. Will drive to Beavercreek next time! Read more
