Honestly it's a decent location being fast food.The employees are nice both to the customer's and each other and it's on the... quicker side of fast food.My only slight problem is that it seems like the staff rarely comes out to clean the dining area,Idon't know for sure if they actually do clean it because I'm not there 24/7 but I would just like the place to be a little morecleaner. Tho the best part about this place is the staff understanding of the rewards app. Being that it's a 3rd party the staffare understand it and if they can't figure something out they'll try their best. I would have given a higher rating. Good food, good service and clean. However, they had 2 employees on duty and are severely... under staffed. Food took a hot minute. If you need work, go and apply! Read more
CLEANLINESS: They were not busy at all but bathrooms (both) were gross but the men's was beyond gross. The lobby looked clean... but the floors back by the bathroom were sticky. FOOD: I don't come to BK expecting a five star meal but our burgers were cold,so cold it couldn't even melt the cheese and the buns were kinda hard. The fries were good but the soda machine only had a fewoptions of drinks to choose from. STAFF: The employees were really super nice and one in particular sweet woman put a big Kcrown on my son and made it a big deal which made him very happy. I give the staff a 5?. Thank you for being socourteous. ADVICE: Ask specifically for fresh food especially their sandwiches and you'll probably have a better sandwich. Read more
Wasn?t expecting a five star restaurant when I went through the drive thru. It was fast, I was the only car. But the food is... very hit or miss with it tasting freshly cooked vs like it?s been through a microwave. The chicken was soggy and textured likespringy rubber. The crust literally falling off in clumps. At least the fries were decent. But the chicken definitely tastedlike it?d been through a microwave. Read more
